Events at the Point
Jimbo's Club is host to a variety of events of all types, such as the Christopher Reeves Spinal Cord Benefit held every year to raise money for spinal cord research. Our events coordinator has planned corporate retreats and events. One event recently promoted a record label. We have hosted a wide variety of conferences, church events, meetings, fundraisers, snowmobile club events and private parties. We would love to make your next event a tremendous success that your guests will always remember.
Promotional Events
If you are trying to leave an indelible impression on your guests we can help you do it. We will tailor a weekend to the needs of your organization. Up to 150 of your guests can stay right here and not have to drive anywhere. We can arrange meals, parties and activities that will delight and impress. Whether you wish to create a special thank you or introduce a new product, your guest will always remember.
Corporate Conferences
Sometimes to make an impact, you just need to get away from it all. We can arrange
your next conference here,
where you can have the place to yourselves. Your
participants will be able to interact in both informal and formal settings.
We can arrange several options for locations of presentations in rooms from
very large to very intimate. We will provide delicious meals and can house
up to 150. Our Event Planner can also recommend activities that bring your
organization together. We are certainly not a traditional conference hall
and can make your conference not “just another conference.”
Fund-Raisers for Charity
Jimbo's hosts a number of events for charitable organizations. Each year hundreds attend the Christopher Reeves Spinal Cord Benefit, one of our largest events. The Spinal Chord Benefit is full of fun activities for the whole family, auctions and talented local musicians. We also regularly host more formal sit-down charity dinners. We can help you plan the perfect event for your organization. The ideas are as unlimited as the ways organizations help our community.

Activities
With a facility like ours, we can easily add extra flair to your event, treating your guests to softball, horseback riding, basketball, tennis, or even water skiing or canoeing in an antique war canoe. For a look at some of the activities that you might try, you can view the Point O'Pines Camp website, and we would be pleased to suggest unique ideas for you. We will arrange appropriate staffing for all activities. We are blessed with wonderful scenery and many outdoor activities all around our area. There are beautiful hiking and snowmobiling trails and fishing spots, as well as shopping and scenic drives. The Adirondacks are a spectacular place to visit.
